Ghana are in third place in Group C with one point from two games after Friday's 1-1 draw with Gabon.
Ghana must win against Comoros to have a chance of advancing to the knockout round of the competition.
Milovan Rajevac said after the draw against Gabon that the team will fight until the end and give their best against Comoros to secure the victory.
He spoke through his interpreter, Nenad Glisic.
“We will fight until the last moment in every match, for us, it is important that we still have a chance to qualify and we are all aware of that.” Rajevac said.
“We will do our best, we will motivate the players, we are all aware how important this is and we don’t want to go home.
“We want to stay in the competition and we will do everything in our power to make it happen.”
The Black Stars will face Comoros on Tuesday at 7 p.m. at the Roumdé Adjia stadium in Garoua.
The team will hold its official training on Monday evening at the Roumdé Adjia stadium annex.
