Hearts of Oak won the 2022 President's Cup on Friday night, earning the right to defeat arch-rivals Asante Kotoko.
The Phobians lifted the glittering trophy at the Accra Sports Stadium after a hard-fought 2-1 victory over the Porcupine Warriors.
All the goals came in the second half, with substitute Patrick Razak the hero as he scored the winning goal for Hearts of Oak minutes from time.
The attacker completed a brilliant counter-attack, rounding goalkeeper Danland Ibrahim and sending Hearts fans into ecstasy.
It looked as though the game would end in a draw and go straight to penalties when Samuel Boateng equalised for Kotoko after Daniel Afriyie Barnieh had opened the scoring for Hearts.
The match, organised by the Ghana League Clubs Association, was played in honour of current president Nana Akufo-Addo.
He was present, performed the ceremonial kick-off and presented the trophy and medals.
Hearts celebrated winning the cup for the fifth time, but the first time in seven years. Kotoko remains the most successful team to win the cup seven times.
